Where can I find a good java ftp client for a webpage?

I need a very easy to use java ftp client in order to make uploads and downloads from a webpage.





It needs to be very easy and straightforward to use for a layman and implement by me, the designer.





I'd like something I can try right now so it being FREE would be best, but if it does require money, I need assurance that it actually works effectively and is worth the money.





So, experienced answers only please.
