At worst, you drafted a team based on default rankings.

Why not just stick it out. What do you have to lose??

If you truly love fantasy baseball, don't let something small like not being able to add your personal touch to the team stop you.
Reply:You can't drop the team now. They won't allow it because it would mess up the league. You can still trade and still have a shot of doing well. You may have a better team than you think.
Reply:In my experience you can not drop out after the draft. You could always just not compete, but that would be a disservice to the other teams in the league.

Several years ago the telephone company decided to work on the lines in my area in the middle of the draft and I lost the connection. I suspect that most of us have experienced something like that. A good reason to prerank.

As the previous reply stated, consider the mishap a challenge and do your best. Who knows. You might do very well.
Reply:Do you have 4 teams already in your Yahoo ID? You get 4 teams in each ID. If you want 8 teams, you need 2 different Yahoo ID's. Is this a money league team? Do you do money leagues? I have a 12 team $50- league with 2 spots available. There are only 2 spots left in my baseball MONEY league. Good luck you you in all of your money leagues.
