How do you make a java portal for a psp because i want to make one iphone themed like, i have everything set up, but dont know how to do it, i have the sounds in wma, i have all the icons and stuff in png, i just dont know how to begin. somone please help me on how to start. i want an iphone portal made by me than posted all over the web for people to use and like and update and customize. any help is wanted. thank you for rewading this whole thing. and hopefully answering.
